What is an Unfold card?
A greeting card with a personal online experience. Add your own messages, photos, and videos, then let the moments unfold over time.
What’s the difference between a physical and digital card?
A physical card pairs a printed design with an online experience reached through its QR code. A digital card is shared by its personal link, with no printing or postage.
Does the recipient need an app?
No. They open the card’s link or scan its QR code using their phone’s camera, then view it in their browser.
How do I scan the QR code?
Open your phone’s camera, point it at the code, and tap the link that appears. Keep the entire QR code in view and use good lighting.
Can I add my own pictures?
Yes. Choose a photo-card design and upload your pictures, or add photos as individual moments in the card.
How do the steps work?
Two steps: choose a card, then make it yours with names and moments. Preview at any time. Finish to get a digital link or continue to checkout for a physical card.
Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?
Physical-card checkout accepts United States delivery addresses. Shipping is $8.95 per order, shown separately from the card’s price.
Can I send a digital card to a friend for free?
Yes. Open Keep the love unfolding, choose the free digital-card option, personalize it, and share the link. Physical cards and postage are separate.
Does Unfold send my card to someone automatically?
Creating a digital card gives you a link to share yourself. It does not automatically send an email, text, or social post.
What’s the QR code on the back for?
The back-of-card invitation brings you to Keep the love unfolding, where you can make a card in return or send a free digital card to a friend.
